As you are non-VM user continually arguing with people who have the service I wonder who is living in ignorance here Mick.
I know your story of life with cable is horror story but put any service provider into google and you will find horror stories similar to yours, including Sky.
Still if it gives you satisfaction after all the trouble VM caused you then carry on.

Incidentally to say that cable internet is overpriced and poor defies logic. Why? Because cable broadband is adding customers. If it were that bad not only would people not want to sign up but existing customers would be leaving faster than they could add new ones.
