but heres how to do that anyway if you want a temporary fix - (if your using internet explorer...which i dont but here it is) go to tools > internet options then click on connections tab > then LAN settings -- then click on use proxy for your lan and enter http://webcache.blueyonder.co.uk in first box then in port box 8080 > click ok > restart web browser - that should work,

just had call back, told me to ring software support @ £1 per min - aweful support.
