Nah not a sarcy comment, was on the phone so left it short but sweet . chased up my call back, and aparently the request did not go through, they advised me to change proxy settings in IE to the blueyonder webcache which seems to solve the problem, however i have requested that a tech still calls me as we shouldnt have to go through a proxy in the first place.

but heres how to do that anyway if you want a temporary fix - (if your using internet explorer...which i dont but here it is) go to tools > internet options then click on connections tab > then LAN settings -- then click on use proxy for your lan and enter http://webcache.blueyonder.co.uk in first box then in port box 8080 > click ok > restart web browser - that should work,

just had call back, told me to ring software support @ £1 per min - aweful support.
