It won't help get your connection working any quicker but it'll make the time go quicker...
Great, thanks ceedee. Good to know they've acknowledged the problem. Pub would sound good, but as I seem to be developing the mother of all colds I think bed's a better idea.

I just checked - can't get on speedtest at all, but overclockers forum works Incidentally I can get on megaupload, but after the countdown I can't seem to be able to access the actual file download. Just one of a number of sites I'm having these problems with.

That's true for me too, I noticed it was a lot of US sites/servers I couldn't access. Think the parents had trouble getting into PayPal homepage too. Oh, and mediafire had the same problem as megaupload.
