Don't change anything.
VM Tech Support have acknowledged there's an unidentified problem in the Plymouth area and have reported it as an outage tho' it doesn't seem to have appeared on the Status page yet.
Go for a walk, preferably stopping at a decent pub?
It won't help get your connection working any quicker but it'll make the time go quicker...
