To me it shows that Kent has spun yet another lie. Say to Joe Public a very small number and they'll think it's no big deal

If it is easy to demonstrate that the number is much larger, and the Webwise/Phorm security browser breach happens on every new site visited and then every 3 days after that - it doesn't sound so good.
But I am sorry to admit I don't understand most of the legal discussion going on in this thread - so my point is probably not relevant
