Just read the full interview with Kent on TechRader
(here) and he just doesn't like to answer some questions he doesn't like and instead just reiterates the same prepared crap, he ought to be in politics. Regardless of what he says I get a feeling he realises he's in really hot water over interception.
Oh and Kent when you say

I can reassure you that the 'small minority' is everybody who's heard of your system, it's growing in number and the more we learn about Phorm the more concerned we become.
