My discount was not meant to end until september, also would it not be nice in the first place to send the right letter out? after all vm claim to have been carefully checking their accounts, I could say be more careful how you check vm, instead of seeing pounds shillings and pence see customers being ripped off, and also when sending a letter make sure it refers to the correct service.
Thank god I do not have my telephone with that lot !
