Hi. Does anyone know of or have used a remote video sender with their V+ box that can transmit sound and vision and also control the remote from the reciever?

Obviously I am looking to spend as little as possible, the cheapest I have seen so far is Ã‚Â£100 and cant justify that for the sake of walking down the stairs!
