The store was updating earlier, but Sony have been experiencing some technical issues as stated by a Customer Service Manager at Sony (not to me).
It's all up in the air at the moment and still no official comment from SCEE either. Again, this is only rumour, but it's expected to be tomorrow now.
Sony have shot themselves in the foot. A major release like GT5:P and they cock it up.
