Hello All
My VM 2MB (M) BB takes so long to connect to a web page when you click a link or type a URL. After doing 5 speed tests and getting 1.9xx download speed and 190kb upload, the quality when connected seems OK, but the ping keeps comming back at like 600ms on each test.
After seeing other peoples tests it appears I might have a problem with a slow ping rate, does anyone know what I can do to sort this or is it a fault with VM equipment? I dont wanna have to call them if its not their fault.

My last 5 test ping results:
580ms,545ms,608ms,605ms,535ms
