There is currently an ongoing fault in some areas of Ipswich, so depending where you are, you may be affected. I'm only getting 6Mb now at nearly 1am because of this (and getting cutouts regularly too).
However, if the service is optimal, I can get upto around 17Mb. I'm in IP1, Handford/London Rd area.
