The irony is this sick b*****d will offend again and we know it, so we have to wait until he ruins some poor kids life before we can lock him up- there must be a better way of dealing with pedophiles than this?
We seem more worried about this s***s "human rights" than the safety of this country's children, I say he gave up his human rights the first time he abused a child.
