I'm getting a similar thing and it been going on for over 10 days now. I have a 4MB line and its been great, little niggles once or twice but no great bother. I play online games (FB2142) and have had no problems.
They started upgrading my line (and everyone who has 4MB) to 10MB for free, (this sounds great doesn't it
) the only problem is my line now drops to 2.5MB in the evening and the gaming in the day if crap to say the least
I can download files from
http://gamefiles.virginmedia.com/blueyondergames/demos/ at 1170KB/sec but for some reason i have a really high ping while gaming and the bloody view jumps all over the place, quite annoying when playing FPS.
I have had nothing but trouble from tech support and customer services who just make excuses and really have no idea
Anyone else having this
