when your over clocking the northbrige on the mb would get hot so you would need a third party cooler. Thats the evga board. So if your buying a new mb and then haveing to spend money on it to get it to do what you want proplery. Something is wrong

The first board is better specs has a higher front side bus. More options in the bios ect. More controll over what you want to do. If your gonna clock like hell. You might have to be looking at the water cooling option. I don't know too much on this subject only from what iv'e read. The overclockers forum is very good on mb's for help ect.
