A couple of weeks ago I rang up India to check if I was being stm,ed as my speed was down to 1mb and its normally a steady 4mb. It was ridiculous she would not tell me! "I'm only asking if I have been traffic managed because my speed is down to 1mb" I can laugh now, but she said "As its Friday night and its busy your area [Brighton] has been traffic managed" at this stage I put the phone down,[christ- I was paying to be told this crap

At just after midnight my speed went back to 4mb, in the morning I rang CS and spoke to someone in the UK who told me, "she must have been a little confused", a little confused?, she must have had a complete frontal lobotomy. When my next bill came in I had £5 credit off my phone bill, I can only assume it was for this fiasco. If you are stm,ed why not send out an e-mail just to make people aware, it cant be to difficult
