Hello.
For the past 6 months or so, I have been with NTL/VM for Broadband, 20mb, and about 10 years on a NTL phoneline.
I was not happy paying Ã‚Â£37 a month, because I was only getting 10mb speeds (and still am!), but I still paid it.

Today I noticed that new customers pay Ã‚Â£20 a month for 20mb broadband.

Why the hell am I paying almost double for the same service?!

Is there any way to get it for the cheaper price?

I am really angry that I am a loyal customer, and I have to pay waaay more for the same thing - I could understand if it was a short-term offer, but it seems these prices are forever (or at least until they change their pricing plan).

I really need help here!
