I've just been trying out different DNS settings but it hasn't made a difference with me.

Sounds like you have been speaking to someone quite helpful though. Was that through regular tech support? I'm not getting anywhere with them because they regard it as a problem with my equipment.

Interestingly I notice that when I connect a router to the cable modem (ntl:home200) the U/S light gets stuck on - not flickering but fixed on. I've done the whole power-cycle, disconnect/reconnect the coax routine (all the details are in this thread). Any other ideas?
