I've just signed up to 3's 3gb a month tariff... until the end of March via their website, you can get a 12mth contract for Ã‚Â£15 a month which gives you a free modem and 3gb a month of bandwidth. You'd usually have to pay for the modem on this tariff... not bad at all!
