They ARE useless.
Same for me mate, absolute crap service.
Today I am trying to list an item on ebay, Took me ages to step through the pages. Youtube videos stick 25% in.
Websites freeze and do nothing. But when stopped/refreshed quickly it sometimes goes through.
I'm on the verge of cancelling my contract. I have tried troubleshooting the problems, doesn't seem to be anything wrong this end, I just can't cope with it anymore, too bitchy for me now.
BTW Im on 20mb XL, I would be happy with Sky 16MB, just over 1km from exchange, done the sam test and can get upto 8.8Mb/s.
Speed isn't important to me. Quality Is.
