Derek. Both times when I asked for Police assistance I had no complaint about the time it took for the Police to attend. It was the use of the sirens that I queried. On the second call out I was told that it was Police policy, which I admit did shut me up.

I have a great deal of sympathy for the Police on the streets, though I do wonder if maybe a small minority take the easy route. It's a job that I freely admit I would be too scared to do myself.
