So out of these 27 incidents and poor response time, have you complained to the local force regarding them? If so what was their answer?

Used a family contact within the force to give the station commander a kick up the backside, while at the same time, a new PC who was still into making a difference also went to the station commander to say I was being targetted and nothing had been done.
Had cameras installed for a few days, couple of arrests were made and then dropped, an hour after the "hidden" cameras were removed, my back patio door was smashed.
I managed to sell the house and just wanted to put it all behind me.
The beat bobby responsible for naff all being done only had 13 months left until retirement, and they weren't interested in disciplining him.
