Couldn't agree more. Phone up and get connected to someone in india and all they want to do is for you to do self tests or say "Looks fine our end". I would then be like, *******s is it fine! The reason why I am ringing is because
it's not fine
But yes, I am hoping in April they will sort it out for us Derbians
