that's because they don't have the bottle to tackle the problem ,a good blast on the siren 2 miles away gives the chav's time to get away ,and ensures that the blue fairies don't mess there hair and nails up in a scuffle,your modern police farce is imo totally useless,and offers the public no protection what so ever,but dont despair its not all bad because they balance out the lack of public protection by ,hunting down dangerous criminals with no road tax, or those thugs who park on yellow lines, so if your loved ones are being stoned to death by 20 chav's, its ok because theres no one parking on the yellow lines,and every one has road tax,PROTECT AND SERVE.
