Can anyone tell me why the Police had to come with sirens blaring? What use is letting the hooligans know they are on their way?
I was pleased to see that the Police turned up but are they now so demoralised, by the way the court system seems to have no teeth and having their hands tied when dealing with very young offenders, that they no longer want the bother of trying to catching the little blighters.

Aren't they required to have sirens blaring when responding to an incident by law? Or did i just dream that up one day :S
