I'm in wallasey (im guessing this is the baguley area) and i called up virgin not so long ago to ask about upgrading to 20mb (as it appeared to be Ã‚Â£20 a month on thier website, i later found that this is for new customers who are also taking Virgin phone) but during this conversation virgin said my area will be done by the second week in march, im still waiting but fingers crossed im hoping it will be in the next couple of days.

i shall be speed testing alot this week, if i get the upgrade ill post the results, if not, i wanna know why they are telling me these things on the phone!!

it might be an idea, if your waiting for the upgrade, to just ask them about the pricing of the 20mb and see if you can get info out of them about your upgrade to 10mb.

it all seemed to me as if they were scared i would go looking to another company, and quickly told me when i would be upgraded, whether or not they have lied to me, remains to be seen!
