Yes - but it seems to be 'clutching at straws' to me. The reserves are limited, and god knows, I wouldn't want the UK to develop more nuclear-fuelled power stations to store up more trouble for future generations... but I wonder how we could get the coal mines running again? Workers?, management?, delivering?.. it's been a while now.
I'm not convinced that we could set it all up again, or for how long.
