Mega p'd off.. internet issues..

I made a complaint about that i was told my area would be upgraded in febuary, and that the site said it has been...

had a really nice guy call me up ( wish i new his name so i could call him up again )

found out like 2 ppl in my area was getting 10mb...


anyway he calls me to let me know he got the tech guy to manually update it.

since then i've been disconnecting about every 5 minutes..... constantly.. none stop... don't really want to talk to any other CS person, because i no what there say, and i shouldnt have to wait 5 days for a tech guy to come see me..

anyideas what it could be?

i've just checked my router and it says this

but thats first first time its said anything...?
