I can concur with this. Either VM staff have been instructed to deny all knowledge regarding this issue, or all of the various VM services, I.e retentions, customer service, Etc (I've spoken to) genuinely have no idea what's going on - which (from dialogue feedback - I feel) could actually the case.
One thing though, everyone I've contacted have seen and are now aware of this forum
