this ruddy country  they send some fascist out with a tub of yellow paint and make it imposible to park anywhere, then have the brass neck to fine you for parking you car [the one you paid all the road tax for] just to line the govts fiscal pocket ,and keep the tree hugging cycling whingers happy,and then hold a ruddy ceromony and dish out awards grrr bring back the death penalty orf with there heads
