Looks like a bogon filter issue, you need to contact the hosting company and get them to update the filters. The mail url
www.bewdly.net has only one link on it for webmail, on that page is a list of issues with said webmail and a contact simon.at.bewdley.net who appears to be the webmail admin and may be able to help or supply appropriate contact info. I'm assuming you won't be able to get to that site either. The other option is just to wait, the filters should update at some point.
Incidentally to do a traceroute on a mac applications->utilities->network utility->traceroute type in
www.villatalk.com and click trace.

applications->utilities->console and then type traceroute
