There's a brewing scandal around the refusal of a couple of close aides (including his pet lawyer Harriet Miers, whom he at one point tried to appoint to the Supreme Court) to testify to Congress. There's a big obsession with secrecy, too, mainly centered around Cheney, whom, let's be clear, is much more evil than Bush.
