Its no secret the public sector is less well paid, as budgets are tight. So if you managed to wow them and they are hoping to fit you into a job, good for you

Holidays and pensions are usually better in the public sector, whereas other benefits are not so good. I suppose you take your chance whichever way you go, but you've got time to weigh it all up when you meet. No matter what they offer, go away and think about it before agreeing
