Could not find Bolton or Manchester in those region codes but that cant be for te hold of the country as many areas seem to be missing.
I guess its a possability its not an area problem if your are achieving those speeds, Just did irishisptest.com and got 10 mb just now? Maybe I am getting seriously traffic shaped? I do have 3 computers hooked upto the 20 mb but I was only on during the speed tests earlier. Could I please know how much the downlaod limit is in peak times and when exactly are peak times? This could let me test somethings
. Dont think im a heavey user though but all 3 computers mainly consist of watching youtube videos,online gaming and browsing the net. Had fingers crossed over a few weeks now hoping things would get better but they never seem to do. Personally I have never seen my connection hit its full 20 mb in months
