I moved house and upgraded from M to L - my bill has arrived, it shows M. Speed tests (using the one on here) have been showing 16MB plus all week. I am slightly confused to say the least.
Just now it shows:

I spoke to CS yesterday and asked what package I am on - M they replied - so upgrade/move doesn't seem to have been processed correctly (but paying £10 for M and was supposed to be paying less for L if my sums are right with the package I was offered - but who knows until I get the other bill as nothing seems to be what it appears with VM bills
).
Therefore, please can anyone let me know from the figures above, am I getting faster speeds than I should do on M, or is this not set up correctly? Incidentally, when I logged in to the upgrade service from VM homepage, it suggests that I am on XL (but says XL is 10MB so that doesn't seem right either!).
