For normal people working, say 8.00 till 6.00, and maybe sitting down at their computer by 7.00pm and then after a few minutes getting STM'ed till midnight, at which time they should be thinking of bed, please explain how your calculation that they have
a minimum of 133 hours where traffic management doesn't affect you works. Maybe they don't/can't stay up till all hours, maybe they dont want to leave their machines running all day and night.
What is the point of 10meg when all it good for, at the time when most people need to use it, is browsing and emailing. Geez 512k is good enough for that.
