Healthy PC:

default outlook express mail - not configured
default outlook express news - not configured
ie web prox - not configured

network modems [internal modems show-cable modem not picked up]/adaptors/clients passed

Problem PC:

default outlook express mail - failed
default outlook express news - not configured
ie web prox - not configured

network modems [none]/adaptors/clients passed
