I've had my sky+ box for 3 years now and have had minor problems which have cured themselves, but recently some recorded programmes have been unwatchable due to the sound going off momentarily and the picture jumping. I'm not 100% certain but I think it's on programmes recorded off sky one and channel 4. It's very annoying sitting down to watch something on series link and having to delete it. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm going to try the reset where you turn box off and on while holding backup button. (seen it in other thread) Is there anything else to be done apart from call Sky out?
