Need some urgant advice!
Help!

I've just been into the bathroom and there's water gushing down the light pull switch from the flat upstairs.

Ive been up and knocked on their door, but there's no-one in, and they usually go away for a few days at a time.

What do i do? its coming out quite quick, i reckon will fill the bucket up in an hour or so, and i cant stay up all night emptying the bucket.

Any adivce appreciated
