Totally agree and from that point of view I can see e-bays motives. Pity sellers resorted to this "bribery", most sellers I have dealt with are loathe to give positive feedback as soon as I pay, how can complaining about bad goods/or service lead to buyers -ve feedback?

Anyway, I now boycott e-bay due to all the dodgey goods on sale, just wonder how many stolen goods are on there and e-bay do nothing!
