According to the engineer who swapped mine for a 255, the 120 is incapable of taking the latest updates.I wouldn't know how accurate that is, I'm no tech. I do know I've had full speed since the update.
If you think otherwise, that the 120 is fit for purpose that's your privilege.I do know I spent 3 months complaining of the rubbish speeds prior to my modem being updated, and that the previous engineer told me there was nothing wrong with my modem--- which was very obviously not true.
As he hadn't even come in to look at it, I fail to see how he could have known anyway!
