Praise For Boxer Ricky Hatton

In the London editions of a major newspaper, Ricky Hatton, the boxer said, that authorities have to get tough on crime and kids, after someone got seriously assualted in a pub that he had just left, this is happening in everyday life, but to get tough on this, you have to start at grassroots, in major towns and cities all over the country, we have extates, town centres where these kids hang about causing trouble, the reason why is simple, they have no where to go, clubs and community centres are closed due to lack of funding, you have cheap drugs going about that is coming from europe, and cheap booze, that is sold in any shop in the land too kids, what happens with them the parents, do have some control, but out in the street, they don't, they think it is fun to carry a knife, or brick, or bottle just to be one of the lads, but then they do something bad, and get nicked, go before a judge or mag, and get a slap on the wrist, or get three months and out in one, what we have to do, is set up clubs, where they can go, get a motive for life, what they can do, major football clubs, should get involved, to take the kids off the street, set up schemes where they can go, or boys clubs, it won't be solved overnight, but at least it would be a start, maybe Ricky who suggested the idea, could come up with a few, along with his boxing mates.
