Seems like a good idea, but if, like mine, your
20meg struggles to make 10meg,
at the times you want to use it, then it's likely that the 10meg will have a job making 5meg. If the STM limit is staying at 800meg then the downgrade is about as attractive as the present downgrade to 4meg is.
