its better to enable the channels as you seem to get more hard disk space if you enable them than if you disable them
eg if you disable them you get 70 hours personal recording space and 0 hours top up but with the ones i have enabled i get 85 hours top up and 25 hours personal which adds up to 110 hours. weird
