we're having problems with it holding anything, it was working perfectly fine, then OH noticed everything had dissapeared off it (even the games it came with
)
the gurantee has just run out (this dec) and each time OH calls them, the tell him to go to the website, but theres nothing.
its a multimedia centre, and im so frustrated... what a waste, i mean its got 20gb memory with built in hard drive, so we cant fathom out what the problem is.
any ideas will be greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance
