Would this work?

Current network is ADSL modem router > Powerline (UPA) > Switch (PC's) with some pcs connected via wi-fi to wireless router.

I still have 2 Homeplug adaptors so I could switch back though (only using UPA becuase I got them with my btvision)

What I was thinking of doing

Cm > Powerline enabled cable router > powerline > switch
Dsl router > Wi-fi

Powerline cable router Disable DHCP manually assign ip
192.168.1.2

Connect the routers together use DHCP for most devices execpt the ones I want to use the Cable rather than the adsl.

If I manually set the gateway address to 192.168.1.2 on these devices would they then use the CM for internet access?

Would save me buying a Load balancing router.

Infact with the Machines running debian I might try this...

Question is would it work?
