Multiple Internet Connections?

We Have BT broadband but Its not fast enough in the evenings (It gets traffic shaped to 512kps some evenings) Because there's 3 of us in the house (sometimes 4 when the other person is back from UNI)

We get the Broadband "free" (Bt staff ) and AS there's an VM (ex NTL) catv box on the wall and I know VM can supply cable broadband to this address (Used to know previous occupant who had NTL BB) I'm quite happy to Pay for a VM cable connection which Enables me to keep the existing ADSL but also get bit more bandwidth and a Second external IP (which may help when both 360's are online)

Now Obviously I could run 2 networks and have some devices on one and some on the other but I was wandering if theres a way to go about it so Everything can get access to both connections.

I'd guess I'd need a Dual wan router but how would that work?
