I just got off the phone to VM, you're right it is Ã‚Â£30 for installation, BUT you do have to have it for a minimum of 12 months, this is the only thing that bothers me, even though i'm probably 99.9% certain that I'll remain with VM for the next 12 months, I just hate being tied down to contracts

mulling it over... will probably go ahead with it eventually

Apologies, looks like there seems to be a lack of communication amongst the sales team, I called for a second time to actually go ahead with the additional box, and there is NO minimum 12 month contract. You just need to keep the additional box for at least 30 days, thats all
