The thing is, a lot of people (of all races and religions) for whatever reason find the sight of a naked woman offensive. Similarly, a lot of people find swearing offensive. Some are even offended by the thought that anyone would be looking at a naked lady.
Now, I personally would say that these things should be expected in some areas (builders, maintenance, plumbers or any office where there is a largely male population), and anyone who is likely to be offended should bear this in mind when applying for jobs in these places.
Now, I speak as someone who was given a verbal warning about his language in one job, after a woman (English, and as far as I know, not a muslim) complained.
