I've been getting this too.... and I even tried a different DNS provider, different browsers... after first scanning my machine for all the usual suspects.

Yesterday I clicked to open several pages on this site (open in background tab... Opera) and they all sat there doing nothing... even on reloads/refresh. No other programs downloading or uploading, at the time...

It mostly happens after 4pm....
